Gestión de Activos Turísticos, GAT, opens the new year by renewing its commitment as a collaborating member of the Confederation.
GAT are specialists, professionals and experts in hotel management and business model change, strongly committed to a product and service increasingly adapted to the needs and concerns of a customer now more aware, informed, demanding and heterogeneous. GAT manages several hotel and apartment complexes under different formulas ranging from leasing to franchising with brands such as Marriot-Hotel Denia Marriot La Sella Golf Resort and Spa or the Double Tree by Hilton- Hotel Islantilla Golf Resort and Hotel Guadalmina Spa and Golf Resort, The Residences Porto Drach in Mallorca or the Hotel Encinar de Sotogrande among others.
Ahead 12 months of challenges for which to be linked and united with the main professionals and players in the sector, will make it easier and possible, the achievement of the particular and common objectives of all those linked to the tourism sector in our country.
The year begins with important challenges and expectations for the tourism sector in Spain.
Various studies, surveys and reports carried out by some of the most specialized consulting firms, show very positive results in terms of growth for investment in tourism assets in our country. National and international investors belonging to different types of companies such as private banks, traditional and alternative fund managers, as well as companies from the technology or real estate sectors, are focusing on tourism as the economic sector with the greatest growth potential in Spain.
In this environment, in the current scenario, GAT is living a historical moment that completes and complements with the signature of renovation with CEHAT only ten days before the beginning of the 2020 edition of the International Tourism Fair, FITUR, in IFEMA (Madrid) and in which one more year GAT will participate with active presence through its stand located in the Pavilion 10 E-22.
