GAT, Gestión de Activos Turísticos, is the new operator of The Residences PortoDrach apartments since March 1st.

On March 1st, the opening of the apartment complex located in the Marina took place and it has become operated by GAT, becoming the third tourist asset of these characteristics under the brand name The Residences managed by GAT. Currently, the brand “The Residences” is also made up of the tourist apartments offered by The Residences La Sella in Denia (Alicante) and The Residences Islantilla (Huelva) and all three are included in the total of eight establishments (hotels and apartment complexes) in the portfolio operated by the company.
