GAT will be attending 4th Conference on Hotel Management

Ashotel and CEHAT will analyse various areas of planning for the sector on the 14th in Adeje at the ‘IV Hotel Management Conference’.

Business operation, purchase and sale of hotel properties, outsourcing of services, tax planning and financing, some of the issues to be addressed.

The Hotel and Extra-Hotel Association of Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro, Ashotel, together with the Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation (CEHAT), will bring together specialists in different areas of the planning of the sector in the ‘IV Conference on Hotel Management’, which will take place at the GF Victoria hotel in Adeje on 14th October.

Experts from different areas will address issues such as the operation of the business, the purchase and sale of hotel properties, the outsourcing of services, tax planning and financing. Opened by the president of Ashotel and CEHAT, Jorge Marichal, and closed by the mayor of Adeje, José Miguel Rodríguez Fraga, among the guest speakers will be Bruno Hallé, partner at Cushman & Wakefield and director of ‘Hospitality’ in Spain; Ramón Garayar, CEO of Gestión de Activos Turísticos (GAT); Fernando Diez, director of Major Accounts Impuestalia; and Diego Hernandez, director of CaixaBank Hotels & Tourism.

The aim of this ‘4th Hotel Management Conference’ is to bring together top-level suppliers for the accommodation sector with an important group of hotel managers and entrepreneurs from different destinations. This forum reinforces the important collaboration work carried out by CEHAT with private entities and suppliers, in order to guarantee a sustainable and progressive growth of the hotel business.
